Terms of service.

GuestListPhotos is a service operated by GuestListPhotos LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. In these Terms, "GuestListPhotos", "we", "us", and "our" refer to GuestListPhotos LLC.

By creating an account or using GuestListPhotos, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

GuestListPhotos provides a platform for event hosts to collect photos from their guests via a shared link or QR code. The service includes a photo gallery, AI-generated highlight reels, printable collages, and optional physical print ordering.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You may not share your account or allow others to access it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Event activation is a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your event has not yet occurred and no photos have been uploaded, contact us for a full refund. Once photos have been uploaded to an event, refunds are at our discretion.

Promo codes and affiliate discounts are applied at checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined and are subject to availability and expiration.

You retain full ownership of all photos uploaded to your events. By uploading photos, you grant GuestListPhotos a limited license to store, process, and display those photos solely to provide the service (gallery, highlight reels, collages, prints).

This license ends when photos are deleted, either by you or after the 90-day retention period.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload photos containing illegal content, content that violates others’ privacy without consent, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Event photos are stored for 90 days after your event date. After this period, photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. It is your responsibility to download your photos before the retention period expires.

We may send reminder emails as the retention period nears expiration, but we are not obligated to do so.

When you create an event and share the upload link or QR code, you are inviting guests to upload photos to your event gallery. You are responsible for communicating to your guests that their photos will be visible to the event host and other guests with access to the gallery.

Guest uploads do not require an account. By uploading, guests agree to these terms.

Print orders are fulfilled by our third-party print partner, Prodigi. Print orders are subject to Prodigi’s production and shipping timelines. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution source photos.

Print order refunds and reprints are handled per our refund policy. Contact us if you receive a damaged or incorrect order.

Affiliates may earn commissions by referring new customers through promo codes. Affiliate accounts require Stripe Connect onboarding for commission payouts.

Commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded purchases. Commissions may be reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded or disputed. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, disable affiliate accounts, or modify the program at any time.

Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any practice that misrepresents GuestListPhotos or the terms of any promotion.

You may not: use the service for any illegal purpose; upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service; scrape, crawl, or automated-access the service without permission; resell or redistribute the service without authorization; use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

GuestListPhotos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost photos, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific event in question.

We are not responsible for content uploaded by guests to your events.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and GuestListPhotos LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
